
EASAC Call for peer reviewers

EASAC has published a call for nominations of peer reviewer for the draft report “Meat alternatives”.
EASAC is looking for experts with expertise related to the environmental, health, technological, societal, and regulatory dimensions of meat alternatives. Details on the project as well as information on the requested expertise of peer reviewers can be found in the pdf file attached. The draft report for peer review should be available by the end of February 2025. The deadline for sending the final review is by the end of March 2025.
For more information about the call and the required nomination documents (CV, Letter of recommendation from the Director of the Institute), please contact the secretariat of your Institute. The internal deadline for nominations is 31 January 2025.

The mission of the CAS
The primary mission of the CAS is to conduct research in a broad spectrum of natural, technical and social sciences as well as humanities. This research aims to advance progress of scientific knowledge at the international level, considering, however, the specific needs of the Czech society and the national culture.

Prof. Radomír Pánek started his first term of office in March 2025. He is a prominent Czech scientist specializing in plasma physics and nuclear fusion.
