National Contact Points for the Horizon Europe programme are organizing information days from October 2026 to March 2027.

27 October 2026: National Information Day on Cluster 5 - Climate, Energy and Mobility
3 November 2026: National Information Day on Cluster 1 – Health, mission cancer and co-funded partnerships
11 November 2026 National Information Day on Cluster 4 – Digital, Industry and Space and the European Partnerships
19 November 2026 National Information Day on Cluster 6 - Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment (will be held in English)
15 December 2026 National Information Day on ERA (details will be published later)
18 February 2027 National Information Day on Research Infrastructures
10 March 2027 National Information Day on Cluster 2 - Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society
11 March 2027 National Information Day on Cluster 3 – Security

The Czech Academy of Sciences (the CAS)
The mission of the CAS
The primary mission of the CAS is to conduct research in a broad spectrum of natural, technical and social sciences as well as humanities. This research aims to advance progress of scientific knowledge at the international level, considering, however, the specific needs of the Czech society and the national culture.
President of the CAS
Prof. Radomír Pánek started his first term of office in March 2025. He is a prominent Czech scientist specializing in plasma physics and nuclear fusion.
