
Horizon Europe Workshops

From October to December 2026, TC Prague is organizing a series of workshops regarding the Horizon Europe Framework Programme.
The workshops are designed for project managers. Topics range from the preparation of project proposals and project coordination to intellectual property protection, budget planning, and cost reporting within Horizon Europe projects. One of the workshops is also intended for prospective evaluators of Horizon Europe project proposals. The workshops will feature industry and other experts and offer a valuable opportunity for networking and future collaboration. Networking sessions will be an integral part of these events.
The workshops will take place in person at the TC Prague headquarters (Ve Struhách 27):
- 8 October: Budget and cost reporting
- 13 October: Intellectual property
- 19 October: How to prepare a research project (in English)
- 20 October: Budget preparation and management of lump-sum projects
- 10 November: Project Coordination
- 9 December: Evaluation of project proposals

The Czech Academy of Sciences (the CAS)
The mission of the CAS
The primary mission of the CAS is to conduct research in a broad spectrum of natural, technical and social sciences as well as humanities. This research aims to advance progress of scientific knowledge at the international level, considering, however, the specific needs of the Czech society and the national culture.
President of the CAS
Prof. Radomír Pánek started his first term of office in March 2025. He is a prominent Czech scientist specializing in plasma physics and nuclear fusion.
