  • 2D materials transfer & heterostructure assembly using a micromechanical transfer stage (dry pickup/stacking).
  • Raman spectroscopy (polarization-resolved, resonant) and basic photoluminescence measurements.
  • AFM topography and roughness analysis; optical microscopy.
  • Lithographic patterning (optical and/or e-beam), thin-film deposition, and device process flows in the cleanroom.
  • Basic electrical testing of devices (I–V, transfer curves).
  • Data processing and contributions to internal reports, talks, and manuscripts.

Required qualifications:

  • University-level degree in Materials Science and current enrolment in a Master’s program.
  • Documented experience with cleanroom operation (e.g., lithography, thin-film processes, or similar).
  • Strong hands-on attitude, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety and QA procedures.
