
EASAC Call for peer reviewers

EASAC has published a call for nominations of peer reviewer for the draft report “Security od Sustainable Energy Supplies”.
EASAC is looking for experts with expertise related to EU policies and regulations on energy security and other security issues, including geopolitics and cyber security, and on EU climate and energy policies/regulations for the transition from fossil fuels to sustainable energy supplies, including renewables, energy efficiency, ETS, and EU electricity market design.
For more information about the call and the required nomination documents (CV, Letter of recommendation from the Director of the Institute), please contact the secretariat of your Institute. The internal deadline for nominations is 2 December 2024.

The Czech Academy of Sciences (the CAS)
The mission of the CAS
The primary mission of the CAS is to conduct research in a broad spectrum of natural, technical and social sciences as well as humanities. This research aims to advance progress of scientific knowledge at the international level, considering, however, the specific needs of the Czech society and the national culture.
President of the CAS
Prof. Radomír Pánek started his first term of office in March 2025. He is a prominent Czech scientist specializing in plasma physics and nuclear fusion.
