Profile of the CAS ombudsperson

Ing. Dana Plavcová has more than 20 years of experience, primarily in the non-profit sector. She worked at People in Need (Člověk v tísni), where she held various positions including equal opportunities advisor, for fifteen years. Most of her time was dedicated to the quality and development of humanitarian and development programmes in Sub-Saharan Africa. As a part of this role, she contributed to the implementation and strengthening of measures to protect both employees and aid recipients from unethical behaviour by staff.
