Czech-Bavarian Cooperation 2021-2027

EUROPE DIRECT Klatovy, in collaboration with a non-profit organization Úhlava, the Pilsen Region and the Euroregion Šumava - Southwest Bohemia, are jointly organizing an event called « Czech-Bavarian Cooperation in 2021-2027 » on December 14th, 2021 (2 pm-4.30 pm), which will take place in Klatovy (if the government measures do not allow
an on-site meeting, the event will be held online).
The event aims to present possibilities of supporting the Czech-Bavarian cooperation in 2021-2027 for municipalities, schools, educational and research institutions, non-profit organizations and other entities.

Participation is free of charge. Registration is required through this form.

The Czech Academy of Sciences (the CAS)
The mission of the CAS
The primary mission of the CAS is to conduct research in a broad spectrum of natural, technical and social sciences as well as humanities. This research aims to advance progress of scientific knowledge at the international level, considering, however, the specific needs of the Czech society and the national culture.
President of the CAS
Prof. Eva Zažímalová has started her second term of office in May 2021. She is a respected scientist, and a Professor of Plant Anatomy and Physiology.
She is also a part of GCSA of the EU.
