
EASAC call for Energy Programme Director

EASAC has launched a call for nominations for a new Programme Director for Energy.
More detailed information on the call, including the position description and required expertise, can be found here.
The nomination of expert should be accompanied by a detailed CV together with a motivation letter and sent to this email address: samalova@kav.cas.cz till 31st July 2025 (internal deadline). Everything is required in English. Only employees of the CAS can apply for reimbursement of travel expenses in the case of a successful nomination.
The European Academies' Science Advisory Council (EASAC) brings together the National Academies of Science of the EU Member States, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, as well as Academia Europaea and ALLEA to provide independent science advice to European policymakers. EASAC’s main mission is to inform both national and European Union policymakers on evidence to take policy decisions – on questions of relevance regarding environment, energy, biosciences and public health.
