MaterialsWeek 2021: Artificial Intelligence in Materials Science

The Virtual Congress & Exhibition MaterialsWeek 2021 is organised by German Materials Society and congress will take place from 7 to 9 September 2021.
The event will focus on six main topics of sustainability: Additive Manufacturing - Innovative Materials, Artificial Intelligence in Materials Science, Circular Materials, Hydrogen - Challenges for Materials, Lightweight Design With Advanced Materials and Materials for Electromobility.
Program will be consist of lectures with high application and material relevance presented by international experts.
The Materials Science community is invited to submit abstracts for posters to the congress topics listed above. Particularly young scientists are encouraged to contribute to the conference. Here you can submit your poster.

The Czech Academy of Sciences (the CAS)
The mission of the CAS
The primary mission of the CAS is to conduct research in a broad spectrum of natural, technical and social sciences as well as humanities. This research aims to advance progress of scientific knowledge at the international level, considering, however, the specific needs of the Czech society and the national culture.
President of the CAS
Prof. Eva Zažímalová has started her second term of office in May 2021. She is a respected scientist, and a Professor of Plant Anatomy and Physiology.
She is also a part of GCSA of the EU.
